This interactive technical note allows the student to learn about how different companies affront the challenge of management control. The responsible people of six different companies respond the same basic questions and show different points of views and solutions. A questionnaire helps the student to reflect on the different sectors, indicators, processes and structures. As a qualitative feedback the video answers of the controllers are shown. Additional information about the companies completes the documentation.
